Ghost people on their “Brooklyn Bridge.”
HCMC is a city of motor bikes and scooters. Apparently the SUVs at the port go North. Viet Nam is approximately 80% as big as California but with almost three times the population.
Still not a democracy. But haves and have nots.
It obviously has a population explosion, handled with economic incentives for a two child limit and job loss disincentives for three.
Mid 90’s during the day but cooling off to low 80’s in the evening so it is very alive at night.
Slightly blurry from bus but young people are sitting on blankets on sidewalks outside crowded coffee shops having tea and coffee and hanging out with their friends.

i guess the law dictates that adults wear helmets…and children not..
